New to Herbalife today :-)

Morning All,
I'm new here and new to this diet,
I am due to have my very first Herbalife shake this morning. My friend became a distributer so I decided to buy the 10 day detox off her and then move onto the monthly package...... however I have googled this morning to get futher info as my friend just started selling it and knows very little up to now. I found this place, so hopefully now I have stumbled across you guys I can get more information as the week goes on.
