home made sweet and sour sauce

Hi, I make my own sweet and sour sauce and I was hoping some kind person could work out the extra easy syns for me please.

This serves three of us,
3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons Rice wine vinegar
100ml pineapple juice
Plus pineapple,peppers,onions and carrots.

3 level tbsn of regular ketchup = 3 (reduced sugar/salt = 1.5)
fresh pineapple juice = 2
1 level tbsn Sugar = 3 >>>> possibly swap with sweetener

As long as you don't liquidize the pineapple, the rest off the ingredients will be free so . .. . the whole lot will either be 8 (or 6.5) syns for the lot.

Have you checked out the Recipe thread? I seem to recall there's a totally free S&S sauce + free BBQ sauce on there.
