Hello!

Does anyone know the syns values of the following.. They are the 400g fresh chosen by you pouch meals

Asda piri piri chicken
Ham hock in a mustard and parsley sauce

Not sure which chicken you meant but hope it's one of these:

Thanks, it wasn't any of those chicken ones but looking at their syn values it shouldn't have been much higher.
