Hi, new to this forum.

I'm 5"7 and weight 15st 9lbs :( And I am completely fed up of being overweight!

Ive always been big but want to do something about it. Started uni last year and I am training to be a MIdwife. I want to lose the weight and have more confidence.

I have started the c25k and watching what I eat. I would really like to join sw or something similar just lacking the confidence!!

Anyone got got any tips to change my lifestyle? I already use skimmed milk and wholewheat produce etc. don't eat crisps... Think my main issue is portion sizes and take aways!!!

Goid luck with midwife course! Im thinking of starting but means giving up my well paid job an finding money for uni :0/
