Ingredients: Oat flakes (28%), wheat gluten, tomato powder (12%), seeds (11%) (pumpkin, sunflower), re pepper powder (8%), dried vegetables (7%) (onion, red pepper, tomato), lentil flour (5%), yeast extract, dried quinoa flakes, garlic powder, dried black olives (1%), dried mixed herbs (oregano, marjoram, sage, thyme, parsley, basil), ground black pepper.

As far as I can see there would be no free food allowance so you could use 1 syn per 20 calories to work it out. Shame as it sounds lovely :(
