SOUL SOURCE OR SOUL SOURCE +

You would assume on Sole Source you would loss more but I've found that watching other people's progress I'm sure you loss just as much on Sole Source plus if you follow it properly.
 
I spoke with my CDC yesterday and she said they are both effective if you stick to them like you said. I'm now SS+ and I have to say it feels so much better, had porridge for breakfast, soup for lunch the 200cals dinner and the shake as my treat. I feel really happy doing that, took the whole temptation to nibble away! Will see what happens on the weigh on in Monday!!
