Yes, sometimes if I have something on but it takes the entire week then of being a saint just to get back to a STS result on the scales so it's not really worth it.
If I want a 'cheat' day then I'll use my weeklies in one go, but I'm trying to get out of the binge/starve cycle which is basically what cheat days encourage.
It's not technically cheating but I do have all of my weeklies when I get home from my class, usually a healthy takeaway, then I'm good for the rest of the week, hasn't affected my weight loss so far.
