Extra Easy GREEN TEA

Anyone drink a lot of green tea?? Can I drink too much of it?? Never used to drink much normal tea but now I'm totally addicted to green tea, twinings! X

Just be careful if it has caffeine in it otherwise I don't think there's an issue. How much are you drinking?

I drink it all day. It's caffeinated but much less so than black tea and even more so coffee. It has a LOT of antioxidant benefits so they outweigh any detrimental effects of the caffeine, which actually revs your system a mini amount to keep metabolism high. Keep going, its fine

Yes they are immense. Pretty much all I drink. I like the caramelised apple too but to a lesser degree. The gingerbread one is amazing. Surely something that's good for you shouldn't taste like that??!

Very little caffeine in green tea. Im trying to get back into it and cut down on coffee, I used to drink loads. It supposed to speed up your metabolism and I believe that it does, apparently you should have at least 4 cups a day, or so I read :)

Gingerbread green tea? Wow. I bought the apple and pear green tea which is nice but I get stomach cramps now. I used to drink a lot of green tea when i was younger but just can't handle it now. If I could add a milk to it I think I would probably be ok.

The gingerbread one is something else. I can only find it in tesco but it's well worth the trip although to be fair I ordered direct from twinings as its 3for2 and free delivery. Bargain

I actually hate fruit teas but love twinings blueberry and apple tea. It's delicious :)

I may have to get the Gingerbread one and the salted caramel. Are they both only avaliable at tesco? I also love the Butter Mint one.

I can only find them there or direct online. Doesn't mean you can't get them, I just can't find them!!!

Me too! I bought 9 boxes! 3 butter mint, 3 gingerbread, 2 salted caramel and one caramelised apple. Came in under £15 and it's my only real vice. Life is too short to drink naff tea! :)

I saw the gingerbread tea in Tesco tonight and was tempted to buy it (our little group at work make it our mission to find weird and wonderful teas to try) but I thought it might be a weird too far in the beverage cupboard. I may pop in again tomorrow for some since it comes recommended.

(I do love the Nescafé gingerbread lattes, I'm aaaaall about the gingerbread...)

I want a jar **sulk**
