In total I have lost around 5 stone, going from 17 ish to 12 stone 7 lbs, to achieve this I went Vegan and started to ride a bike, I stopped riding at the end of last summer and started again in early January, so far I have ridden 743 miles this year and burned 41,118 cals. according to my GPS App, but I have not lost a single pound, my whole body is lean apart from my huge belly, I admit that I don't look fat with clothes on but as soon as the lycra goes on it show. My aim was to get down to 11 stone but I am finding it impossible to achieve this, I am Male, 5'11'' and exercise 6 days a week, I eat only veg and fruit I don't drink tea or coffe, Help!

My guess is a combination of an unrealistic weight target and the fact that you are probably not taking in enough calories. You might want to work out your bmr on the link below and factor in your level of activity. Then track your calorie intake for a few days to see the lay of the land. If you are only eating fruit and veg then its unlikely you are taking in enough calories for basic bodily functions let alone the exercise you have described. Why only fruit and veg? What about lentils, pulses, grains, pasta , nuts, seeds, soya, tofu etc? Did you research what was required for a healthy balanced diet when you decided to become vegan hun? You need protein too. I'm sure your belly isn't as big as you think it is but you'll need to target that area with specific exercises such as the plank xx

I'd agree with patchworkpuss it sounds like you need a more balanced diet with a bit of variation. With the amount of exercise you do your body desperately needs some good quality protein. Quorn and tofu are good sources.
