My WW Simple Start

I started WW again (many attempts over the last 17/18 years) to get myself back to a healthy weight. I'll post my diaries here to try and help myself - and hopefully others can kick me when I'm heading in the wrong direction!
 
Day 2 - WW SS
Breakfast - Banana, 3 x bacon medallions, 2 x poached eggs, 2 x slices WW brown danish
Lunch - 2 x slices lean ham, mixed salad, fat free dressing, 2 x Warburtons thins
Dinner - Shepherds pie, baked beans
Snacks - Peaches with 0% fat Greek yoghurt, sugar free jelly pot.
 
Day 3 - WW SS
Breakfast - 3 x bacon medallions, 2 x poached eggs, tomato, 2 x WW brown danish
Lunch - 0% fat Greek yoghurt, banana, blueberries, passion fruit (yummmmm!)
Dinner - Beef casserole, mashed potato
Snacks - Sugar free jelly, banana
 
Day 3 - WW SS
Breakfast - Mini shredded wheat, skimmed milk, banana and blueberries.
Lunch - 2 x warburton thins, lean ham and mixed salad, 2 x plums.
Dinner - Stir fried prawns with mushrooms, peppers, onions, spinach and bean sprouts, wholegrain rice - and very nice it was too!!
Snacks - Sugar free jelly
