Extra Easy What to do.

Hi all.

I have been calorie counting for ages. I have recently fallen off the wagon and put a stone on.
I would like to lose 17 pounds before my holiday. I have 17 weeks in which to do it. I know that this is possible well I hope it is.

I need to eat healthy and am thinking maybe sw is the way forward for me.

I absolutely love chocolate which is my downfall and can consume 4 bars a day and eat it till I can't move.

I'm doing t25 exercises and have just done week 1. Im thinking sw healthy eating will give me more energy to do my exercises.

Sometimes it is hard to concentrate cook from scratch which is why i have been doing calorie counting.

Would really appreciate a kick to get me started please x

Sounds like you need less of a kick and more of a hug!
CC can be a bit mundane and get boring, sounds like perhaps just a change to shake it up a bit will do you well. Slimming world is a fab plan :) Perhaps join a group, even if just to get the info you need and give it a whirl!
 
Thanks for the encouragement. I have done sw before but I end up binging on chocolate still. Can't win. I will have a look at some quick cook recipes and maybe get a sw magazine x

I used to eat 3 or 4 chocolate bars (big bars!) in one sitting too and the only way I managed to stop was by banning chocolate bars for a few weeks but having something like Options Hot Chocolate sachets in so I could still have a chocolate fix but without as much damage.

17lbs in 17 weeks is VERY possible on SW... if you're done with CC then SW might be the way forward for you. A group would be good and staying to Image Therapy too will help keep you focussed.
