So I started my diet Monday but last week I weighed 3 pounds more then when I weighed in at start Monday so should I count that as a loss even tho I hadn't started my diet yet

Are you going to class? If so then I would just go with your official start date as your scales will not be the same as the ones in group. If you are weighing in at home then a loss is a loss whether you had started or not x

No I'm not going to class as can't get to any so doing at home

In total iv lost 6lbs and 3 3/4 of that is since started monday

Well done on your fab loss so far! :)

I think I would put down your heaviest weight as your start weight, otherwise you'll have 2 weights in your head which might be confusing, plus it also feels more motivational to have that great loss already.

At class you have an 'official' start weight in your book, whatever you weighed when you first stepped on their scales, but from home, I'd go with your initial (heaviest) weight. I really hope that makes sense. :) x

I agree, if your doing it from home then count your heaviest weight as you have still lost it! Thats awesome well done :)

I'd count it! A loss is a loss :)
