What products??

Hi everyone,
I'm at the end of day 16ss and about to order my products for next week. My CDC said I can get bars now-r they nice? Would you recommend them? I think I read that they can slow weight loss so I'm put off a bit, it would be nice to have real food to chew though.
How much does everyone vary their products? I love the porridge so I'm tempted to just have 4 porridge a day?!!is that allowed?? Would it slow down the weight loss? Thanx in advance xx
 
Well I really like the peanut crunch bars and also the cranberry ones. The lemon yogurt ones are ok too. The choc mint is a but like toothpaste (I love the choc mint shakes so it's not that I dislike the flavour). They are higher in calories but I like them as a treat. I don't think there should be any reason you can't have all porridge. Check with your cc'd next time you have to order.
 
2nd vote for the peanut crunch bars, love them. You can have as many porridges as you like. It's just the bars you have to limit.

You can only have one bar a day or a couple if the lemon ones. The peanut bars are like a cross between a snickers and a tracker bar.

Just had the peanut bar-omg gorgeous!!!! Loved it so much, felt like a real treat. Thanx for the recommendation. Only problem is I want to eat another one now!x
 
I love the toffee ones, still eat them now rather than a chocolate bar.
