1lb on! Grrr

So last week I put on 2lbs (my own fault for having too much alcohol at a funeral) anyway, since weigh in last week I've been 110% on plan, to find out I've had a gain of 1lb!! Soooo annoyed and upset :( xx
 
I think it will sort itself out, don't be disheartened by a gain. I've had losses of about 3Ib in a week where I've strayed off plan, and similarly gains when I've stuck to it. I think the body and weight are so variable throughout the week that when you weigh your self its a bit arbitrary, it's the overall pattern (I'm talking months) we need to focus on. Stick to the plan and I'm sure you'll carry on losing weight :)
