What have we learnt since doing Exante?

Thought we could challenge ourselves to learn to be able to make change but also recognise it!

Here are mine so far:

1. I do not need food to comfort me and have found other methods to stop the binges.
2. I have found a new appreciation to food but proper nutritious food not junk.
3. I can control my emotions and find healthier outlets.
4. People generally don't actually pay attention to what I look like as much attentions I do!
 
For me its been:
If i can control my cravings on this restrictive diet then a) i can when im not dieting and b) if i eat right i wont need to go on diets etc and c) ill be happy and more importantly healthy

So why eat junk when it does no good to me whatsoever?!! Lol
