Here Again and Staying!

So I actually joined here this time last year. Makes me sad reading back my profile from then. How determined I said I was and how it actually turned out for me.

So I am here again. I lost 2 stone over the last year and slowly crept a stone back on. This was without dieting and possibly a side effect to 1 of the many pills I am on LOL

So that stone plus another 3/4 need to get lost ASAP.

I am now for the first time in group doing slimming world. So far so good. 1st week was a epic failure for a number of reasons. My timing for joing was off but I joined with my Mum and she was ready I was not (Sons B-day and money problems) I lost 1lb though and I am aiming for a GOOD loss this week to make up for it.
So far so good I hope. :)

A 1lb is still good in your first week, imagine what you can do this week with being on plan! Good luck :)
 
1lb a week is a healthy loss so stick at it and u will see those results. Good luck and keep going x

Weigh in night.... not excited about this. Pain levels were monstrously high and ive been naughty far too much. Not expecting a loss and will be shocked if i dont gain. Ah well.... taking on a new food change knowing cooking is a major issue for me was never considered but sick of being held back from life

You had a very good result last week which shows it does work for you and it is perfectly normal to go off plan the second week as it can take time to get into the swing of a new diet and change old habits so don't be so hard on yourself...it also shows you mean it this time when you can go back to class and keep going.

Good luck with weigh in hopefully it would be as bad as you imagine!
 
Scales were good to me. 2 and half off and half stone award acheived :D

Bad day yesterday. Grab and go food all day and ended the bad day with a bacon sandwich cooked in lots of oil and full of fat. Today I am very poorly as a result! So wont make that mistake again!

My first gain. Half a lb on.
Little miffed with myself though was expected. Started the week terribly but for the last 4 days I really knuckled down so now I know not to treat myself on a Thurs anymore.
Had chinese I just stuck to a simple bowl of noodles, not exactly healthy but better than what I would usually eat.
Trying harder today.
 
Writing this week off!
Totally off plan, tried to get some of it back with speed soup and fruit but tbh I see a great big gain coming my way :(
Totally deserved mind!
Kids are off school, step kids are here for the Easter holiday which always means take outs and treat days.
No Body Magic acheived! Just sat around playing computer games and putting crap in my mouth!
Totally upset with myself over it!

Back on track from Friday, weigh in tomorrow up until 8pm I will eat as little and as good as possible then after wi I usually have a take away or eat food i used to eat! x

Half on this week. Slightly gutted but it was in fairness deserved.

Hoping for a good week and an excellent loss. 5 more days to get through! I gotta do this.
