So I have around 110lb to loose OMG!!!!!

Going to really try this time, iv failed everything and just keep getting bigger, I want to loose within a year, I hope I can do it, I think it will change my life and make me so much happier.

I'm going to start low gi diet from Monday (got a big family meal tomorrow) iv been shopping and got ny foods ready to start, fingers crossed I can change my life and move on from a sad few years

Hi I am the same everytime I lose about 5 to 5 1/2 stone then get fed up and just give up but here I am trying again .

We have the same start weight so I know how you feel it just creeps up doesn't it .

Tessa I always give once I got the 1 stone Mark..........I'm praying to all the Lord's that this time I find the willpower to carry on haha I really need to for my sanity my health and my baby (plus a big f you to the ex) hehe

Well this morning I weighed in at 19st 8 1/4, I had bran flakes with skimmed milk for breakfast and a jacket potato with tuna for lunch and just water, iv had to make some brown bread toast when I got home purely to take some medication and for dinner I'm going to have grilled turkey and salad and avoid carbs as i had the toast, iv suprised myself today, I didn't sleep very well after a bad evening last night and today iv had the worst day I'm in a lot of pain (iv hurt my akilees heel) and iv been spoken to like crap by my ex and yet I'm still determined and I Havnt caved for comfort food, I hope I can keep going and I'm eager to see my weight loss at end of week

Stuck to it again so far today, bran flakes for brekkie and jacket potato for dins, got house to myself this evening so gunna make a nice steak dinner altho I got a steak with no fat on boohoo, gunna make sweet potato chips in oven with some mushrooms and small amount of beans

So I caved this morning and weighed myself iv lost just under a pound, i kno I only started Monday and it's only Wednesday but felt like I needed a bpost, feel little bit disappointed, for dinner I had my no fat steak sweet potato beans and mushrooms but I didn't eat the sweet potato or the beans and at about 9pm I was craving food so just had a bowl of bran flakes, hope that didn't do any damage

I think this diet is very similar to slimming world.......having some sliced sandwhich chicken with boiled egg and salad in wholemeal pittas for lunch

Well 112 pounds in total for as long as it takes me to lose it, I'm switching to slimming world today
