Extra Easy: flahavans Porridge - Hex B or syn???

Hi all!. I am just wondering if flahavans porridge oats - 40g is counted as syns on extra easy as I cant see it counted as Hex B in the book that I have. I usually make it with water but if I can count is as my HexB, then I can make it with skimmed milk for my Hex A. yum!!

Please can anyone shed some light on this?

Is there something special about them or are they just plain porridge oats?

No, nothing special about them, just the ones we have in Ireland. They are just your bog standard porridge oats.

Then yes 35g is a HEXB
