My slim fast path

Cheekypasterfield

Rather comfy here
Hi all,

I've decided that I'm going to follow SF for at least a month to kick start my weight loss. I'm hoping to lose 1st 8lbs in total so hoping SF will give me a good start.

I'm on day 2 and so far had no struggle. I know that different combinations of drinking the shakes during the day (breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner) will impact me differently so just going to see how it goes.

Yesterday menu was

Breakfast - SF Strawberry (powder) made with Semi skimmed milk (264cals)

Lunch - M&S COU Chilli Con Carne

Dinner - SF Vanilla (powder) made with semi skimmed milk (264cals)

Snacks - 2 x Fruit Teas (4cals)
3 x Cups of tea (with 1/4tsp Sugar each)
Muller corner Rice Pudding
Go ahead biscuits (150cals)
1 Alpen Light Bar (70cals)
2ltrs of water

Activity - 45 mins of Swimming (40 lengths)

Total Food Cals 1482
Activity Cals 284
Final Cals for the Day 1118

I'll post today's menu in a bit

Day 3

Breakfast - SF Strawberry ( powder ) made with skimmed milk

Lunch - 2 Tomato and Lettuce Rolls

Dinner - SF Vanilla ( powder ) made with skimmed milk

Snacks - 1 x Alpen Light Bar
1 x French Fries Crisps
5 x Teas

I do find the shakes are easier for planning permission the day. So much easier to plan 7 meals a week then 24.

Yesterday was generally good, I did get the munchies a little bit so went over my calories but it was controlled and I only had two biscuits
