Suzie's sick if Extra Easy.

Hi.
I have been following the plan for some time. I keep trying the Extra eady plan without any success. So I have decided after last thursdays back to basic talk. That is exactly what I am going to do. Back to Red and green days. :):thumbup: Here goes.

Day 1...
My food for the day.
Breakfast
1 measured portion of Shreaded wheat bitesize, ( B / 1 ) milk measured ( A/1 ).

Mid morning snack.
Apple and a packet of walkers pops. Thanks to Dinky Dawn. ;)

Dinner
Chicken and Bacon salad.
Poached chicken wrapped in bacon. On a bed of chopped...Peppers, tomato, cucumber, Celery. Ran out of lettuce. :D ( with extra light mayo) will allow 4 syns for the mayo.
Afternoon snack. Mini ryvita ! ( B /2) with some Laughing cow cheese (A /2)
Tea
Beef stew with Celeriac mash.

All packed up for work and ready to face the day. ;)
