slimming world week 1 ..... no loss aghhh

hi im a newbie so please help :confused: has anyone ever lost nothing the first week of s/w im in need of motivation please help
 
There could be a multitude of factors that mean you have lost fat but it is not showing up on the scales. Stick with it for a few more weeks and you will probably get results.
Are you feeling better in other ways, eg. more energetic?
 
It might be worth showing your leader your food diary. You could be doing something wrong and not realise?

I stayed the same in my first week despite sticking to it 100%, I lost 4lbs the next week so don't give up!
