Hi All, I'm starting a new WOE, TDEE -20% I've read lots about it, most went over my head but essentially I'll be eating 1797 Cals per day and hopefully gain some benefits and lose lots of weight! Hope everyone has a great week x
Hey, how is everyone doing, I'm doing well, feeling great actually sticking to my 1700 Cals a day, not hitting any of my macros but hey 1 thing at a time and I feel like I'm in control of my eating. From last week the scales show I've lost 3 lbs, I'm not certain of the accuracy because it's star week and I changed scales but I'm happy
