I started this today. So i'm on my first fasting day. I'm glad LighterLife has started this line, because I always really really struggle to stay within the calorie count ON a fasting day. With this at least I know if I have four LL products, I'm getting the correct amount of calories, and not using them all up by breakfast... And i've done Cambridge before, so for me, something like this is a godsend. I'm much better losing weight when I take food out of the equation!
On non-fasting days, I believe you eat normally.... but if you have just done a couple of days of fasting, you are more mindful on what you eating that you try to be good... you don't want to undo all the good you've just done by having a takeaway.
Have you started this yet; if so - how are you getting on?
