Hi there! Just a quick question.. I was wondering if anyone ever used the muscle foods website? You can order loads of meat, fish etc for reasonable prices, plus things like cartoned egg whites which would benefit me loads because I hate throwing away the yolk! Also they sell ketchup, BBQ sauce and syrups that are ZERO carbs, fat, sugar or calories!! Not sure if this is too good to be true, has anyone ever tried these?

No, haven't heard of this site, but I tend to buy most of my meat/fish on the way home from work when they start reducing it. I bought a sirloin steak the other day from m&s for £1.50 - bargain! I also always just eat the egg yolk. Might take a look for things like sauces. Thanks for the tip!

Egg yolks are great for making Dukan mayo and Dukan custard. No need to waste a thing xxx
