New to this....help meeeee!

Hi newish to the forums so wasnt sure where to post but would love some advice on something odd.... seating in the NIA birmingham. Joined weightwatchers in a bid to lose some timber but still being a size 32 im sure im not going to fit on the seat...has amyone been that could advise me??
