Food Diary - I guess all my eats will be in here!

I thought it would be a good idea for myself more than anything, to keep a diary of my food and maybe ask a bit of advice now and again.

This is my first week full Slimming World, all my Birthday cake has gone and I'm excited to get out on my bike in the spring sun that has sprung!

I hope I don't bore you all too much.

Good luck to everyone.

Monday - Green Day

Breakfast - 2 Weetabix (HexB), Milk (HexA)

Dinner - Baked Potato with beans, banana

Tea - Egg, SW Chips and beans (there were leftovers, I wouldn't normally do a double bean day!), two pieces of wholemeal bread (HexB)

Total Syns = 12 - 2 mini chicken skewers 2.5, Butter (ICBINB) 1.5 syns, Curly Wurly 6 syns and an Options 2 syns.

Although it's a Green day I was very lacking on the vegetable front, we didn't have chance to go shopping at weekend so I was hungry and lacking options. Fear not, food has been replenished and today will be better!

wow incredible weightloss so far well done :) x

Thank you tamkat :) Looks like you've got some fantastic consistant losses going on too, congrats!
Tuesday - Green Day

Breakfast - 2 Weetabix (HexB) and milk (HexA)

Dinner - Sweet potato jacket with fiery chilli baked beans, swede and carrot mash. (I've presumed the beans are free but I've seen conflicting information, so I need to hunt these down in my book. I've Syns left over anyway, just in case).

Tea - Tomato pasta bake with a side of jalapenos wrapped in bacon (HexB) and light Philly (splashed out on my second HexA for the cheese).

Snacks - Banana, Blueberries and a toffee muller light

Total Syns = 10

6.5 for the pasta bake sauce, i'll make my own moving forward I'm just trying to clear the cupboard out, and for convenience it's not too bad.
1 syn for extra milk in a coffee
2.5 syns for a single lonely jaffa cake

I'm looking forward to seeing how this new way of life acts on my weight loss, with my first week officially on plan and incorporating exercise I'd be happy to see any kind of loss. Weigh in days are Monday mornings, so I'm just under half way through at the moment!

On a positive note too, I've bought a bike! I haven't ridden since I was a child, so I was excited to get out lastnight and have a cycle. We ended up doing approximately 5 miles on various terrains (including hills :sigh:), and I now have an acheing bum and sore wrists. I'll get used to it I'm sure! :)
