trying slimming world

Today is the first day of my slimming world adventure. Ive done weight watchers for years and its just not working for me any more. Heres my first day of food. If anyone notices any wrong please tell me.

EE day
HEA 40g low fat cheese
HEB 2 slices wholemeal bread from 400g loaf.

Breakfast: Hard boiled egg and fruit cup of tea 0.5 syn Dash of milk

Dinner: Cheesey tuna melts using HEA and HEB
Tbsp sweet chilli sauce 1.5 syns
extra light mayonaise 2tbsp 2 syns
sour cream topping on salsa 2tbsp 2 syns
cup of tea dash of milk 0.5 syn

tea: chicken with BBQ frylight
slimming world chips
salsa homemade
sour cream topping 2tbsp 2syns

snacks: Hot chocolate options 2syns

The rest of my syns will used on milk for brews

Cheeses tuna melts

Tin of tuna in brine
1 egg yolk beaten
Spring onion
2 level tbsp of extra light mayo ( 2 syns)
Cherry tomatoes halved
2 slices of whole meal bread from small 400g loaf. HEB
40g reduced fat cheddar. HEA

Put the tuna, egg yolks, spring onions , mayo , cherry tomatoes in a bowl.
Season and mix well
Preheat grill to medium and lightly toast bread on both sides. Spoon tuna on the bread and scatter the cheddar
Return to grill until bubbling.

Salsa
Cucumber
Tomatoes deseeded
I onion chopped
Can sweet corn drained
Juice of a lemon
Fat free vinaigrette
Salt and pepper

Put all salad ingredients in a bowl and toss

Dinner: curry loaf and salad made from batchelors mild curry rice
can of asda Dahl curry
3 eggs
cook rice as normal then add can of dahl 3 eggs mix then pour in a loaf tin and cook 30 mins 200c

snacks fruit and muller lights

tea: mushy pea curry with chicken slimming world chips and sald
2 tins mushy peas
1 tin baked beans
1 tin chopped tomatoes
chopped onion
curry powder
blend it all up chuck in slow cooker with chicken 3-4hrs high

syns sour cream 4 tbsp 4 syns (dinner and tea )
5 syns brews
choclate options 2

i didnt really like the mushy pea curry lol im very odd thou :)

Well after trying extra easy for a few weeks with little success im going on red and green days. Im not giving up. my food for today is:

Green plan:
2 HEA of 30g cheese
and 2 HEB 2 60g wholemeal bap

Breakfast: bannana not to hungry

dinner: curry loaf with home made salsa tomato sauce 15g 1syn sour cream 15g 1 syn

snacks: apples slimming world quiche strawberries

Tea: chip shop curry slimming world style made from mushrooms onions tin of tomatoes and spices and quark. It made loads
3 linda mcartney red onion and rosemary sausages
slimming world chips

Syns 6 brews 3syns for milk
tomato sauce 2 syns
sour cream 1 syns
hot chocolate options 2syns

If anything isnt right please point it out as im still learning and trying to get it right

from home. cant get to group due to my job. I do struggle with superfree as not a fan of veg and salad. How can I get more super free in ?
 
Thanks for replying. Think I managed to have superfree with my tea tonight. Made curry sauce with tin tomatoes, mushrooms, onions and spices and garlic and curry powder. Its really hard to get grips with this diet although I love the food im eating. Ive made some soup for tomorrow.
