Time to take control

For years I have been spiralling out of control, I am finally on my way back

I found here by accident whilst looking for syn values for a chupa chup lollipop, I'm delighted because I think here is somewhere I need to be for the next big chapter of my life.

The past 3 years I ended an 11 year marriage and a 20 yr+ love affair with smoking, and now it is the turn of the bulge! Dun dun duuuuuhnnnn

I started slimming world back in aug and as you can see been half hearted, til now that is.

This place looks great, even if I just come here to whinge and vent, this is something I might need.
