Hi everyone!!
I got to goal(well4lbsoff) with ww in 2012. Have since dabbled in sw and bounced back towards the two. Im going to do f&h because its what got the last few pounds of with me last time ;-)

Oat so simple original with skimmed milk and jam (1)
Tesco the fixer juice (2)

Lunch
Wholewheat pasta with tomato pasatta, tomatoes and onions. Yogurt

Dinner
Beans, chips and egg.

Snacks
2 choc digestive (5)
Crisps (2)
Emerge (3)
