Giving up white bread

Well done. Nothing wrong with breaking up with white bread. A bit annoying though when you want... like, peanut butter!

I mix in qunioa when I cook rice, and have not had pasta for months until last night.

Helps A LOT when it comes to shedding that water-retention and overall weight.

As they say.... Weights don't make women big, cupcakes do.
 
I also skip the white bread from last 3 weeks and results are really flabbergast...I ate sprouts instead of 'em
 
Haven't had white bread in 6 months, you might as well be eating a piece of cake. White pasta, white rice I also avoid. Definitely an easy one, this. Their replacements taste so much nicer.
 
I don't eat bread at all anymore and haven't for about 3 months now, I can see and feel a difference straight away and I'm not bloated like I used to be. No excuses for being tubby now though :D
