Hasn't gone well Jackie, getting started has been a battle with my brain! I'm on it today though, definitely...not dwelling on not doing it before, just getting on with it now! Bring on day one...again, ha! X

Thank you very much tigger22 .chunkychops your so right if anything it has motivated me more and destination you can do it just believe in yourself and take it one day at a time, i never even look at what tomorrow brings i just concentrate on today and remember the first couple of days are the worst xxxx

Thanks Jackie, I'm going for it now...got nine weeks to lose 3 stone 6, argghhhh! Going to give it my best, can do no more! Off work until Saturday thank god, will hopefully feel better by then
