Breakfast: special k porridge (5 syns) milk (HE A) & pineapple

Lunch:
Baxter minestrone (8 Syns)
salad
fruit

Dinner:
baked beans and spinach omelette with frozen veg

Snack: alpen bar
cous cous & broccoli

Dinner did not fill me up, although very yummy i was hungry 2 hours later! so had a small bowel of cous cous & broccoli. Soup was very high in syns (the one im planning to have tomorrow is even worse!) but i have a load of stuff i brought when i was not following SW a few weeks ago that i wanna use up, so I'm just planning my days out and using syns on things i would not usally use.
 
Breakfast: Muller light yoghourt rhubarb flavor (My fav!)

Lunch:
cream of tomato soup (12 syns) (so not worth the syns but needs using up!)
2 ryvita (HE B)
chicken
 
Dinner:
½ tin ratatouille (0.5 syn)
Spinach
broccoli
couscous


Snack:
fruit
glass of milk (HE A)
