Puddings Something nice with Quark

I Bought a tub of Quark but have no idea what to do with it. I'd like to make a dessert, maybe something chocolately

Does anyone have any recipes I could try?

I make a kind of cheesecake!

Melt an Alpen light for a few seconds & crush it in the bottom of a glass to form the base.

Then mix quark with an options or hi light of your choice for the topping.

Chill in the fridge for a bit. Yum!

I do pretty much the same but sometimes i'll add chopped fruit or raspberries to the quark as well (rasps go very well with the white choc!) but orange segments work well too.

I add sweetener to the quark, and put on top of raspberries & meringue.
