Please help

Hi, I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this, I'm new to this site ( and posting on blogs in general) so please tell me if I'm doing something wrong and where to go for the post with the correct subject.

to add to the confusion I'm new to slimming world.. I'd like to ask if I'm eating too much, as I'm doing slimming world online for two weeks, but the problem is I didn't weigh myself to start with, so I don't know if I lost weight...I promise I'm not this stupid in real life.

my food diary is as follows
9 am... One alpen bar
10am...half tangerine with cup if coffee and dash if skimmed milk
12pm.. 5 table spoons of rice or pasta, plain with sweet corn or baked beans
5pm..lots of veg and a half can of baked beans and half a can of sweet corn with two boiled potatoes
6 pm ...another dinner as above
8pm..fruit blackberries, grapes, grapefruit etc
9pm...a small bowl of veg soup with noodles inside, only flavoured with stock
10 pm more fruit and weight watchers apple crumble flavoured yogurt. Sometimes I have 2 weetabix biscuits ( by that I mean the cereal not the new weetabix biscuit) with a glass of almond milk.

i drink water and Ribena light, and have a few more mugs of coffee inbetween always with a small dash of almond milk light .

i don't have syns, but as you can see i have two or three 'dinners' in the evening, sometimes even when I'm full, just because they are free and I feel peckish.
help!! I'm not sure if I'm eating too much and won't lose because of so many small dinners late in the evening.
Any advice?
has anyone had a few dinners during the day not so much three set meals?
