Ok so, I'm in need of a loss....

been having a few bad days mainly due to lack of self control! I need to have a good kick up the bum and thats where I'm hoping you guys come in!!

I need new ideas for meals and for snacks.... please help!
 
What I tend to do if I have had a few bad days is eat lots of super speed foods. Have you tried the mushy pea curry? That has superspeeds in. X
 
Go crazy with super free foods. Eat lots of fruit and veg, make salads and stir frys and include small portions of lean protein. Also if you can perhaps have around 5 syns or less, plenty of water and go walking :D
