When do you have your meals?

Just out of interest really. I see some people have already had breakfast and lunch - i've not had anything yet so would be good to see what works for everyone.

Obviously, don't change your times if what your doing just now is working for you! Everyone is different.

I'm currently having mine about 3, 6, and 9pm and sleep between 5am - midday so my days are a little off lol.
 
I can't start too early or I'm hungry all evening. Generally have my products about 12pm, 4pm and 8pm :)
 
I generally have them around 1pm, 5pm and 9ish. I used to eat breakfast but on Exante I just cannot face anything in the morning.

Yesterday I didn't have anything till 5pm. Didn't manage three packs yesterday either.
 
I have a meal between 6pm and 6:30pm and then a hot shake and a bar at around 8:15pm - doesn't bother me not eating during the day.
 
I have my shake first thing on the drive to work, so around 8am, I have half a snack bar at 12, then a soup at 7ish, followed by the rest of the bar, I've found it easy enough, I don't generally get hungry after 9 (though I did used to eat for boredom after then!)
 
I'm only on Day 5 but I find I am OK til the afternoon then I have one at about 3pm, 7pm and a hot shake before bedtime.
 
Split Breakfast @ 8:30am & 11:30am
Lunch @ 3pm
Dinner @ 7:30pm
 
My first pack is at 6pm, then another at 8 pm at 10pm I have my bar with a cup of tea im not a during the day eater bt evenings are my downfall even before this diet..... I hve a 500mls of water before and after every shake n bar so that keeps me full for a while.
 
I have first at 12pm, second at 5pm and third at 6:45-7pm x
