Hi,
Just wondering how this is decided. In our group, I would be the biggest loser in the class but not the biggest loser overall if you understand so just wondering do you have to stay to image therapy in order to be "crowned" and do people vote for their person.
I suspected the person with the most weight loss just won it and went on to the different stages. Would love to know
