From Liprtrim to Exante

Hi guys,

Moving onto Exante from Lipotrim and was wondering if there is anything I need to do before I do move on as the intake is 600cal on Exante from 450cal?

I dnt think there is anything you hve to do as you will still b on shakes and bars so no big difference there just more calories and more fulfilling good luck and let's hope u will like it... another difference is that here u will b enforcing your own self discipline while lipotrim u try n stay on track coz of the weekly weighin....

How have you found the difference I'm the diets? In here thee seems to be some really big losses on lipotrim I was looking on switching the other way x

Lipotrim is much harder the bars are terrible in my opinion they taste like cardboard and not as much variety compared to exante
