My Heading Towards Retirement Food Diary

I rejoined Slimming World online last week and at WI today I had lost 2lb! I know I hadn't really put my heart and soul into it so thought I would try to complete a food diary for the next week to see if I can be a bit more motivated! I retire on 31st July this year after 38 years of working for NHS Forth Valley's Learning Disabilities Service and want to be healthy and fit enough to enjoy it! So bear with me folks - as Scarlett O'Hara said - 'Tomorrow is another day!'
 
DAY 1 - Extra Easy. DRINKS = XX 09.00 - Nescafé 3 in 1 coffee sachet = 4 syns. Breakfast - Omelette made with 2 x eggs(ff), mushrooms(sf), spring onion(sf), tomato(sf) and 1 slice lowlow cheddar(1/2 HEa) on 2 x slices WM bread(HEb). image-2988687218.jpg

Welcome to our diaries :wavey: You look like you are having a good start.

Don't forget to get your bus pass - best things in the world. :D I use mine heaps - go somewhere I have never been before, take a packed lunch and have a good walk round.
