Ok so I staryed a low carb diet last wednesday..... then have checked out atkins and discovered thats exactly what ive been doing! Have downloaded the new book to give that a read...
Was following sw before and today I'm 12 1/2 lb down... 5.5lb down since starting atkins on wednesday. Feel great, eating so well :):):):):)

Ok exactly a week... sts today but 5.5lb off in a week :) excited to keep going. Haven't felt hungry and dont feel like im missing out on anything.... feel great in fact :)

Hun it's really really best not to weigh every day, your weight fluctuates and jumps around in the week.

Just keep glugging the water and keep away from the scales until next week :)
 
So its normal? Phew!!.....

Definitely dont weigh everyday - atkins notoriously non linear! But it works:)
