Oh my goodness! Actually dead... and I only did the Fit Test!!

Think I will try my hardest to stick to this workout even though it may well kill me!! But the result pics online are too good to resist!
Has anyone else done this workout before?

Hiya

How are you getting on with Insanity?

I'm doing it again and did the fitness test and boy do I ache this morning lol Not looking forward to polymetric cardio! Never liked that routine last time around.

Instead u went with Focus T25! Still love Shaun T but the workouts are shorter

im currently doing the full Insanity and its the hardest home workout that i have ever done. The results though if you put the work in are terrific
