Week 15 and no loss for ages!

Hi all,

I'm currently in my 15th week of Lipotrim and I've lost around 3 stone so far, but my weight hasn't gone down from 11 stone! I've been around the 11 stone mark for nearly two weeks and despite going down to 10st13 last week, it's gone back up again.

Does anyone have any clues as to why this is happening? I'm not doing anything differently - still drinking the same amount of water and shakes and not eating anything.

I did take the morning after pill a week ago, whether that could be making a difference because of hormones/holding water or something?

I'd appreciate any ideas or suggestions!

hi, well done on your losses.
you may need to take a break from lipotrim to boost your metabolism, i did that when my losses slowed down last time.

If you are training at the gym maybe take a week off to see if this is impacting your weight loss or the other thing I would recommend is to change the times you are having your shakes at, I did both of the above the last time and I noticed a large weight loss the next week, If you are working out the scales don't always tell the full story, do you take weekly measurements? You maybe getting thinner and toned rather than loosing fat mass.

Thank you, I'm refeeding in 16 days anyway so I'll just stick with it until then, but thank you for the suggestion!

I don't work out so it can't be because of muscle, and there isn't a set time that I have my shakes anyway, it depends when I get up and what I'm doing in the day. I'll measure and see if there's a difference!
 
There isn't much point if your coming off in 16 days but my pharmacy told me if your weight loss slows to have a week where you have a small meal a day with two shakes and then go back on shakes and it jump starts your weight loss
 
Im the same I've lost 2 stone in 7 weeks but all I'm loosing is 1-2lb a week now and it seems so little for a diet like this not to mention expensive. Spending nearly £50 a week to loose this amount is insane.... I still need to loose another 2 st so it's not as if I have nothing to loose....so frustrated I'm finishing this week and refeeding ad I simply can't afford it anymore, especially not getting results. I can do slimming world and loose a lb a week! Keep me updated on your progress with refeed etc

Hi, well done on your loss so far! Have you tried exercising and stuff to boost your results? A loss is still a loss, at least it's something and not nothing but I can see what you mean about it being expensive, good luck.
