Hi,

I am new to the Dukan diet and to the forum, hope somebody can help me.

I am a few days into the attack phase and have bought online a pudding called Simply Delish Zero which said it was recommended for Dukan diet.

It is sugar free and fat is 0.2g per 10g serving,

but it has on it Glycaemic Carbohydrate 7g of which sugars 0g

Not sure if this is ok or not? I am guessing not as it tastes really good. Could anybody tell me? Just want to make sure before I throw it away!

:)Thanks

Hi

It's a 'frankenfood' and pretty much contains nothing of any substance, so it's probably okay.

To be honest though, you're better off eating proper food on Dukan, as per the approved list of foods.

Best of luck
