Farmfoods diced beef??

Might be daft but, is frozen meat the same syn value as fresh?
We're about to put a stew in the slow cooker for tomorrow's dinner, but wanna make sure the beef is still free. We have farmfoods best scotch diced beef steaks, have defrosted & oh is currently removing all visible fat, is it free?
Sorry if this is stupid just want to be clear & can't find the answer anywhere!
I'm following the extra easy plan at home(can't afford the classes), only started last week so still attemping to get mu head around it lol

Nothing in the freezing process can change its fat/protein/calorie content. It's the same as fresh.
