Hi everyone. My name's Emma, I'm 24 years old and live in Cambridge.
To give a quick idea of my dieting attempts..I have tried CWP, Weight Watchers, Herbalife and finally now back on Slimming World. I was quite successful with CWP, I was at a lower weight than I am now when I started it and lost about 1st 7lb. But I stopped and the weight piled back on
I joined Slimming World last March but my mind wasn't in the right place and I didn't stick to it. I'm back on it now as I know it works! I attend a group in my local area.
I'm motivated and determined to lose the weight this time. I'm sick of being unhappy with the way I look and constantly comparing myself to others.
Hopefully I'll manage to keep up with posting on here. My track record at sticking to things isn't very good! Lol.
Anyways, looking forward to chatting to you all and hopefully helping inspire you
