Well done on a fantastic loss. I joined ww last Monday and decided to change my WI to Saturday so I weighed today and had a loss of 4 and a half pounds and am really pleased. It is such a relief as I have chosen to follow the simple start and you never know if you are eating too much. This week I am going to do filling and healthy and use my weeklies for treats. Keep up the good loses and keep posting.
I am happy how things are going having a couple of meals out this week but am tracking as best as I can , think next week will do simple start to boost my weight loss a little
