Cooked potato-how to weigh

lickthelid

Lives here....
I have no doubt that this appears somewhere but putting hex and potato into the search brings up too many options.

The he weight given for HEXB potato on a red day is shown as a raw weight. I make SW chips in my Actify. Does anyone know the equivalent cooked weight for a hex b on red so I can weigh my portion out from everyone's AFTER they are cooked?

TIA!

Sorry I think you would need to have a go and see for yourself -
Make a batch using the permitted raw weight of potatoes and weigh them at the end xx

When you look in the book the syns for potato on red are based on 100g so for them to lose about that much seems feasible. I'll weigh the over all amount and work it out that way as a portion percentage :)

I use my section thing for the Airfryer sometimes. I just use raw weight or even if its two of us I just put double 460 g potato in and split them into two equal plates. I am quite pedantic about SW but I've still lost 6 stone doing this so it can't hurt. Or crinkle cut yours and straight cut everyone else's.
