Bem brazil

I'm off to Bem Brazil next weekend, any tips??

It is a good idea when asking this kind of question to be a bit more specific. Is this a place, a restaurant, or what? Is there a website you can give a link to?

It's a restaurant, we're going for valentines day. It's an all you can eat place.
From what my fella has told me, it's mainly steaks and meats, and a salad bar I think.
Not sure how it all works.
Just wondering if anyone has been and what is best to go for.

We went to a Brazilian restaurant like this in America once. Basically (if it is the same idea) they come to your table with loads of different selections of meat and you chose what you have. And then you can help yourself to the salad bar etc. So as long as you are chosing lean / non-greasy looking and avoiding things like sausage then it can be done pretty SW-friendly. I'm not sure on exact Syn values but it's just about using a bit of common sense and initiative. Enjoy!

I'll be as good as I can be. Our first valentines together so I deserve a few treats lol

It will be my first Valentines with my boyfriend too! We're going to a lovely Italian restaurant, Uno Momento. I've already planned what I'm going to have and I can't wait! It's great that we can still enjoy occasions like this whilst following Slimming World. Enjoy! :)

My hubby is Brazilian and we eat here loads!
So easy to stay on plan- loads of meat, rice, beans and salad.
The hard part is turning down the sausages, garlic bread and desserts...!
Enjoy!

I'll definitely struggle to turn the bad things down, but I have to think that for turning high syn food down I can have a cocktail or two
