It seems like all I do is make new food diaries!!! Oh well.... this is it. My new slimmingworld diary !!! I have previously lost 3 stone with ww but put it back on since....so this is my fresh start as I rejoined meeting yesterday... wish me luck xx

Breakfast
Banana and yogurt

Lunch
Pitaa (hexb) with cheese (hexa) chicken and salad with light mayo 2syns, squares 5.5 syns, muller greek 0.5 syns

Dinner
(Hexb) wrap with (hexa) cheese, tomatoes, onion and chicken.

Snacks
Sugar free redbull, mikado sticksx7 !! (3.5) Oopsss lol, prawns. Cauliflower. Weird snacks I know

Popping in to subscribe, looking for motivation and I think that will be best with folks who have also just started to keep on pushing each other.

Query though what is this ig thing that you have mentioned? I am also using MFP to make sure I dont over eat!!!

I am totally rubbish for posting on here lol.... so today is going to be as follows......an

Extra Easy Day.

Breakfast
Fat free cherry yogurt. Blueberries and kiwi with 1 tablespoon of oats 3syns

Lunch
Quorn thai curry and rice 1 syn

Dinner
Chips, salad and chicken chargrill 3 syns, mayo 0.5 syns

Snacks
Milk (heA) for teas, ryvita minis (heB)

Total syns 7.5 / 105

I am aiming to keep under 10 syns a day but we will see how this goes lool

Extra easy today!!

Breakfast - kiwi, blueberries and vanilla yogurt

Lunch - ryvita x4 (b) light phili (a) cucumber,vanilla yogurt and banana

Dinner - haddock, vegetables, potatoes and 9.5 syns for butter

Snacks - ricecakes 2 syns, 2x mint hunbugs 3 syns, milk 2.5 syns, chocolate hobnob 4.5 syns.
