HOW MUCH DOES IT COST

Hi im just wondering how much it costs on this diet for a week???

Thanks Toni:):)

Roughly £35, depends on what shakes/soups/bars etc you want. More if you're over 5ft 8...
:)

Then add £6.00 each for the mix a mousse, water flavouring, and fibre 69 (if you need it.) but these last for ages. Then from week 3 you can have bars which are more expensive as are the tetras. Plus I find it's useful to have at least a days supply in hand should you have any spllages or just don't fancy certain flavours. So the forst week or two are a bit more expensive than the others

I'm afraid you wouldn't be allowed the Mix a Mousse and water flavourings in your first week, although Fibre 89 (which helps prevent constipation) is OK .. but only if you need it of course.

Good luck with whatever you decide to do :)

Bear in mind that you will not be eating meals, so in effect you are saving money that way. I think the soup/shake packs are £1.65 each. If you're not keen on plain water, then the flavourings are worth the investment. I haven't managed to make a decent mousse yet - so won't recommend that ;-)

The tetra cartons are very useful on days' out, but an expensive option. The bars are divine, but more calorific.

Hi, my fabby councellor charges 35 for whatever I want, so far I've not used mix a mouse or any other flavourings, it dawned on me the other day I've not tried a bar yet even. As others say it's fantastic when you think about your food shop then don't forget the junk snacky foods and drinks we buy every day and forget about. I must have spent 35 a week on chocolate, cakes, crisps, pop and other rubbish at least hee hee. xx

The mix a mousse is £3.00
The flavourings - sunshine orange, summer fruits or vegetable bouillion is £6.40

Mousse/flavourings/bars from week 3.

THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH. You have all been so helpful. Good luck everyone.

i wastold today £35 for 21 shakes r soups if your under 58 tall

or £46 if yor bove 5'8 tall

Same as you Dancing, I'm on 4-a-day....charged £48 a week..... can have what I want. Didn't like the tetra's so have 22shakes/soup and 6 bars.
X

The first cdc I contacted only held group meetings and told me that 21 packs for the 1st week would be £46. If I wanted Tetras/Bars it would be higher

I called another cdc and am so glad I did. I have clicked straight away with my new cdc, she is lovely. I never had that with the first one. The new cdc charges £1.65 per shake/soup pack, £1.85 Tetras and £1.90 bars.
